New Infants!
On Tuesday the 15th of June we welcomed 5 new pupils who will be starting Junior Infants on the 31st of August.
Sports Day!
We held our ‘Sports Day’ over a number of days last week. Everyone enjoyed taking part in, egg and spoon, three legged, sack, wheelbarrow and running races and they had great fun getting through the obstacle courses set up by the 6th class!
Bees!
On Friday June 18th 3rd and 4th class took part in a live Zoom workshop presented by Toodlelou Creativity Lab. (in conjunction with Baboró). Lindsay Deely talked to the pupils about bees and their role in biodiversity and she also guided them through making their very own bee hotels.
School Tours!
On Friday June 18th the children in the Junior room had a fantastic day in Turoe Pet Farm.
On Tuesday June 22nd the middle and senior rooms are going to Wildlands.
