The pupils in the Senior Room had a brilliant day on Friday the 20th of May when they took part in the Gillian Lydon and Niall Kinnevey Cups in Killannin. The teams were mixed with players from surrounding schools to make up county teams for the competition. One of our 5th class pupils was the captain of the Galway boys team on the day so we got to take home the Niall Kinnevey Cup. Everyone enjoyed themselves and all of the pupils came home with a well deserved medal. Thanks to all of the organisers for a fun filled day.
