Wonderful Wellbeing Week!

We had a fantastic Wellbeing Week in the school this week. There were lots of fun wellbeing activities for the pupils to enjoy including mindfulness colouring, body scan, Yoga with Natalya, daily wellbeing log and co-operative games. The 6th class Wellbeing Committee did a great job of facilitating many of the activities under the expert guidance of MĂșinteoir Veronica. Wellbeing is not just for one week in the year. The pupils will get to chose some of their favourite activities and these will be incorporated as part of regular classroom routines in the weeks and months ahead.
