We had a fantastic Science Week this year. The Senior Pupils enjoyed showing their expertise to the pupils in the Junior Room during the week and this year the Juniors also got to show off their experiments to their older schoolmates. We were very lucky to have the help of two TY pupils from St.Paul’s Secondary School Oughterard who were in the school on work experience for the week.

We celebrated Science Week in the school from the 13th to the 17th of November. The pupils in the Senior Room learnt how to perform a range of experiments and then demonstrated and explained them to the pupils in the Junior Room. They did a great job!

We watched Mark the Science Guy light his hand on fire! We will NOT be trying this at home (or at school)! But he did show us some other cool experiments that we can try out during the week!
